Hello! I`m Natasha, from Russia. I`m gonna tell ya about our field trip to The Tilden Park=)
The day before yesterday my english class and I`ve been to one part of Tilden Park. So we took the bus and went there. It took 10 min. Then we walked down on the road. So first we went to the Nature Center. Nature here reminded me of my home. I think there were some of the same plants like in Russia. There was a small house, called Nature Center among the trees and plants. We looked around and saw taxidermy animals, insects and birds, like wildcat, durks, spiders, mice, moles, etc. There weren`t too many things in the N.C. After that we had lunch near Jewel Lake. Danise said it could be sunny but it wasn`t, so I was a little cold. So then we took a stroll along the lake and then through the plants. After that we went to The Little Farm. There were lots of kinds of livestock, like cows, sheep, goats, chikens, rabbits and geese. I really liked a calf, he was so cute, helpless and white!!!
Then our trip was almost finished. We climbed up the road. So we took the bus and came back to downtown.
It was a nice trip for 3 hours=))))))))))
