Hi everyone - our updated field trip tomorrow is to Lake Temescal, not Lake Anza. The reason for this change is because the water is warmer at Lake Temescal, so we will be able to swim there.
Please meet at school at 9:00 a.m. Some students are meeting the group at the BART station at 19th Street and Broadway in Oakland between 9:49 and 9:58 a.m., because they live near there. So - either meet us in class at 9:00, or meet us at 19th Street before 10:00 a.m.
From there, we will take the AC transit bus #59 to Lake Temescal. We will arrive at the South end of the park and then walk over to the North end, to reach the swim area.

What to bring:
a bag lunch, water, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, toiletries (soap, lotion etc.,) paper, pen or pencil, camera, art supplies (if you like,) reading material (if you like.)
The plan is to return to school by 2:30. Some people may want to stay later... including me, but I will make sure that you KNOW how and when to get back to school in Berkeley by 2:30!
