Review of the week.

Last Sunday(5-31-09), my team ABSC (Albany-Berkeley Soccer Club) against ASC Saber Tooth Tigers. We played hard, we played a man down (10 v 11), and we came back from being down in score to win (3-2).
Before this game, we had been winning a few games recently. And we stayed at second place of the soccer league standing. There was nothing different if we lost this game. But our coach promised us, if we won the game, he would buy us a pizza and some soda.
Not enough players showed up, we only had 10 players. The other team had 11 players and 4 subs. WTF? How could we win? They scored the first goal. After 2 minutes they scored, we scored the second goal. We were back to the same point. How lucky we were, we scored the third goal by free-kick style. We got ahead 1 point of ASC. During the last 5 minutes of half time, they scored the fourth goal. Damn it, we were back to the same point again.
During the second half, we were starting to get tired. And they had been changing subs. They didn't feel tired, they weren't even gasping. The coach said someone who was tired can stay there and recover quickly. After 15 minutes, the score hadn't changed. We were back! We had been changing position to try to make them confused. We took back the game control. When everyone thought there was a draw game, I scored the last goal. This was a winner goal!! And the referee whistled, the game was over. WE WON THE GAME BY ONE MAN DOWN!!! 3-2. That was a nice way to end the season (5wins, 3losses). In front of us is another season (summer). We'll try the best during the next season! P.S. This movie is after I scored the goal, then we had a little celebration. They came to clap my hand.
