My recipe (JEFF)

I remember when I came to the U.S., my American aunt made me a lot of chocolate chips cookies. Those were so delicious. I had never eaten those delicious tasting cookies before she made them for me. I asked her to teach me, and she also gave me the recipe. After a few weeks, I tried to make them myself, but those were not as good as she made. HaHa....

First, we need to prepare 1 cup of shortening, 1 cup of brown sugar, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of real vanilla, 2 tablespoons of water, 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt and 12 oz semi of sweet chocolate chips.

After you get those things, let's start to make it! Ok, now, get 1 cup of shortening and 1 cup of brown sugar and cream together. Next ,beat 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of real vanilla and 2 tablespoons of water together, then add to above, mix well. Third, stir 2 cups of flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt together. And then, add to above and add 12 oz semi of sweet chocolate chips. Finally, drop it by 1 teaspoonful onto baking sheet. Bake them in 350' oven for 12~14 minutes. That's all! Enjoy...
