Yes, I made the switch and I am so happy that I did. The work is hard, but so rewarding. We are working on the Turkish language this semester in preparation for our work with the Zapotec language in Teotitlan del Valle, near Oaxaca, Mexico. This is so exciting!

I miss you and the class. Hope to see you before I leave to go on a field linguistics expedition to Oaxaca, Mexico. I will have some time to get together in between the end of the semester and June 13th when I leave.
