HW for 12/16

Hi everyone,

Wow!  The session is almost over, now we just have Monday to review everything.  There is no school on Tuesday, it is a volunteer day in San Francisco.  Then we have the exam on Wednesday and I will give the test no later than 8:45 a.m. because we need time to correct the test together in class before you leave at 12:30.

Please complete the HW packet that I gave to you in class today.  The final exam includes all the information you have learned in the entire book.

Please come to class with any specific questions that you may have because Monday is our day for review.

HW for 12/12/13

Please write about the weekend, use the prompts on p. 97 in the student book.

Complete pages 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79 in the workbook.

We have finished the book today!  We will review everything tomorrow, 12/12 and Monday 12/16. Tuesday 12/17 we do not have school and the final exam is on 12/18.  Please study and review everything, also bring questions to class.

Hi everyone,

So sorry for posting the HW so late if you were absent today here it is:

Pages 69 and 70 in the WB, corresponding to lesson 8B: quantifiers.

As a reminder, our final exam is on 12/18, a week from this Wednesday.  We have a lot of material to cover before next week, so be on time, pay attention in class, do the homework and study!

Please complete pages 66, 67, 68 in the workbook as well as the handouts for Units 7A, B, C, D and 8A.

HW for 12/5

Hi everyone,  I don't have the student book with me... forgive me, I don't know the page number I asked you to prepare for tomorrow, but it is the page that features the Duomo of Milan at the end of Chapter 7.  Also, if you went on the field trip today to hear Handel's Messiah, please write about it on the handout I gave to you in class.  See you tomorrow.  =)

HW 12/4 and field trip to UC Berkeley for classical music

Hi everyone,

Sorry I'm posting the HW late... for tomorrow, make sure you complete Unit 7D in the workbook.

Also, review as much as you can in general and come to class with questions.

Tomorrow we will leave school at 11:10 to go to Hertz Hall on the U.C. Berkeley campus where we will hear Handell's Messiah, a beautiful piece of music.  The concert begins at 12:15 and ends at 1:00 p.m., bring a sandwich to eat before the concert if you like.  We will take a little stroll through the campus that I think you will enjoy.
